Contacto Visual developed for Quinta da Malafaia a web app for the management of events reservations. This program can be accessed by employees at any location, since it is a Web site. With restricted access to the staff and administration of Quinta da Malafia, but can be configured to any other agent, with limitations on the options available.
The program, developed in May 2007, allows to manage customers, vendors or sales agents, event dates, occupation, and confirmation, issue tickets, and control lists.
